Packing and Shipping

 We take great care to ensure that every artwork is handled, packaged, and delivered safely to its new home. 

To provide our customers with the highest standard of service, all of our deliveries are arranged through Part and Parcel Couriers — our trusted in-house shipping partner.

Part and Parcel Couriers have been specialising in the transport of antiques, fine art, and fragile items for over 15 years. Their experience and attention to detail mean that each piece is handled with the utmost care, from collection to delivery.

Once your order has been confirmed and payment received, we will arrange shipping directly with Part and Parcel Couriers. You will be contacted to confirm collection and delivery details, and to discuss any access requirements. Delivery times may vary depending on location, but we aim to dispatch all items as promptly as possible. 

Each artwork is carefully wrapped and protected using materials suitable for antiques and delicate items. Our couriers are trained to ensure paintings and frames are safely secured throughout transit. 

Due to the age and delicate nature of the frames, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage that may occur during transit and  we are unable to offer insurance on the frame.  

We are also unable to accept liability for any damage to the painting unless insurance has been purchased.   

Insurance can be arranged at an additional cost upon request.   

For insured items we will arrange for repair, replacement or a full refund as appropriate.  

If your painting arrives damaged or not as described:  

1. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.  

2. Provide clear photos of the item and packaging. 

We are happy to arrange international deliveries. Additional charges may apply for larger items and/or remote destinations, and delivery times may vary depending on customs procedures. Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or associated fees.
